Throughout the process of getting your vehicle towed or item transported, communication is vitally important! Both from us to you, but also from you to us.

We will:

• Respond promptly to your initial communication
• Communicate with you every step of the way, our arrival time, as well as delivery time, if required.

When you arrange your tow, we require that you give us as much detail about the item to be towed or transported, as well as the location that it is in, and going to. This so that we can be adequately prepared for the task at hand, as well as our ability to correctly quote you.

Additionally, communicate ASAP if anything changes.

Failure to provide us with necessary information with us may result in our not being able to fulfil the job (in the case of safety concerns), or charge more for it than initially quoted (if the job was more difficult or time consuming than it was originally represented as being.) So help us help you! Let us know all the details you can, like, if you don’t have the keys, the steering is busted, and the wheels are locked in a turn position. Some people seem to think tow trucks can fit everywhere a car can!
