What delay times should I expect when I book a tow?
We aim to be at the pick up location within 60 minutes but for any delays we will contact you and give you a positive update.
When and Where do you cover for Towing Assistance?
We have multiple trucks around SEQ Qld at anytime day or night, and we are happy to transport your vechile anywhere including interstate.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, if you have a job booked you can cancel at anytime prior to pickup, but in the event our truck has arrived a cancelation fee will apply.
Can I travel with the tow truck towing my car?
You and your passengers are welcome to travel with the truck and your car to the towing destination, just notify us on booking of how many passengers you have.
How can I pay?
Our trucks accept cash and have card facilities onboard.
My Vehicle is low is that going to be a issue?
Low vehicles aren’t an issue for us and we will take the upmost care to ensure it is loaded without damage.
